SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

Diamond Girls Softball Association is non-profit organization, serving over 500 student athletes ages 4-18 in the Peoria, Arizona area each year. Our primary purpose is to provide skills to our players that can be useful on and off the field. The purpose of our sponsorship program is to help acquire the funds to replace and retain gear, equipment, and operating costs. The DGSA Sponsorship team is comprised of parents, athletes, community citizens, and business supporters, who together raise money through volunteerism, donations, and sponsorships to support our cause.  In addition to helping with our annual operating budget, we are raising funds to help cover the cost of practice fields & maintenance, game fields (chalked and lighted), game officials and umpires, practice and game balls, catchers' gear, first aid kit items, tees, nets, scorebooks, lineup cards, storage rental, website hosting and maintenance, awards, trophies, banners, plaques, and much more.

Sponsorships are tax deductible and are available in many different forms, including signage at the field, presence on the DGSA website, and access to our events. 1. Your company name and contact information, and the name of the team/player who referred you
2. Completed Sponsorship Agreement
3. Sponsorship Package selected (from list below)
4. JPEG of your company logo (as needed)

In response to your inquiry, we will send you an invoice/letter with our Tax ID information for your records. Although we accept donations throughout the season, we ask that you submit funding before Opening Day if you would like to participate in all activities listed in the below packages. Submission can be made to the Head Coach or online through our TeamSnap invoicing. We accept cash, check (made payable to DGSA), credit card (with processing fee), venmo, or zelle.
